A Neutral soft tribal Dining Room, a Shoppable Design

Here is the next installment of a shoppable design! I designed this muted green tribal bedroom with warm wood tones, and amazing textures. Let me know your favorite part in the comments below - - the art or maybe the table lamp is my fave!

This whole room is pulled together using neutrals and texture. The four-door storage buffet (or sideboard depending on where you’re from) is a beautiful Acacia wood with ribbed door texture. It has soft rounded corners so you don’t have to worry about guests bumping into it! Its also only 18” deep and 72” long that is should fit in most dining rooms.

When I found the vases I was like, wait, What?! These were meant to go in a room with this rug! Then I paired my new favorite Sherwin Williams paint color for the room color - - Alpaca 7022, a bright creamy greige.

If for any reason some of the links aren’t working and you would like to purchase the item, shoot me an email and I will email you the link directly.

Creating a designer bedroom is easy (ha! maybe easier for me to say), but it is all about: Layering and adding Texture

Add a handful of extra décor items that are meaningful to you or go on over to my newly refreshed curated shopping pages by clicking here. Let me back up one second and discuss how to really love the room design you create. Simply, don’t rush. I can shop for an entire room of stuff that will all work really well together, but it could feel a little empty without YOUR personal touch. The above design is considered “the bones” and then adding in items from your travels or shopping will make the room really spectacular.

For example, in my personal home, I have decorative objects, art and signs from the cruises I went on. In my living room, I have a hand-carved wiener dog from Jamaica, a stylized Palm Tree from Haiti, and a carved sign, also from Haiti. My husband and I gathered them while we were shopping and enjoying our honeymoon so they are very special to us. I also go to my local treasure shop where they have talented artists, people who redo/flip furniture, and handcraft décor. Shout Out to Do-Over Décor which happens to be on the way to our favorite beach! My husband and I also frequent different consignment stores around town which allows us to curate the look of our home to be perfect for US.

home office refresh - A Shoppable Design

This home office with click-thru shoppable links is designed for the collaborator! A huge table desk is perfect for laying out everything and then a conference table for a small home office team, husband and wife team, or a place for a touchdown meeting with a client or vendor. I love a deep accent wall or room, lets bring color back into our washed-out lives of white on white!

home office design with bold accent wall, modern art, and geometric elements

Pull the entire look off by purchasing the following items directly from the website / vendor. As always, most of these links are affiliated, but I don’t let that effect the overall design. Love this, but want to make it your own? Buy some of the items, or reach out for an e-design project by sending me an email or hop over to the e-design page and purchase.

I personally love a modern minimalist look with geometric patterns and organic shapes which allows the room to be flexible in the overall feel. Connect this look to the rest of your home by adding in black metals, crisp whites, cognac leathers, and natural wood tones. I see this home office working in homes with a Modern Coastal Vibe all the way to the new Modern Farmhouse look. If you took your home too far in the Joanna Gains farmhouse style that exploded, go ahead and take down those oversized clocks, anything rooster, and those oversized forks! To refresh your look, keep the bones of your furniture and refresh the décor or a table. Look for organically shaped objects and art with lots of natural texture and you will instantly refresh your look!
